Welcome to the ‘Back, Neck & Shoulders’ massage registration and booking page for 12 March.

A revitalising 10 minute acupressure massage covering all the areas of tension in the upper body, easing knots and leaving you calm, focused and re-energised. The massage is performed seated on a specially designed ergonomic massage chair. Fully clothed (no oils are used and clothes are kept on).

Massage reduces the effects of stress in the body and mind and releases feel good chemicals that revitalise us when we go back to work. Heart rate, blood pressure and stress hormones such as cortisol all go down. Levels of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin all go up promoting feelings of wellbeing and changing the way the brain functions giving us greater clarity and effectiveness. Leaving you feeling relaxed and energised at the same time. Enjoy!

The massages
⦁ Tuesday 12 March 2019. Massage appointments are available all day from 0930am to 1700pm – duration 10 minutes each. Choose a time that’s best for you and book below.
⦁ Massages will be delivered in Room A 304. To give everyone a chance of experiencing a massage we can only offer one massage per person. Priority will be given to those who could not or did not book a massage at the first massage day on 23 January. If you can’t find a suitable time slot on 12 March please let us know by selecting the ‘CAN’T GET A TIME’ option below.
⦁ Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. This helps us keep to the schedule and avoid delays. If you miss your time our practitioners will do the best they can but it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fit you in at another time.

Helpful hints for booking
⦁ When ready to book click on ‘Book Appointment’ below at your preferred time and follow the prompts.
⦁ When registering for the first time please be careful to enter your email address correctly.
⦁ When you have booked you will receive an acknowledgement email. If you don’t this is almost always because an email address has been entered incorrectly. Your appointment will still have registered on our system so email us at help@stressbusters.co.uk from a correct email address with your name and appointment time and we’ll sort it out.
⦁ If you book for someone else please make sure you have refreshed the browser and logged on in their name – otherwise your name will show for both appointments.
